Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions does not provide refunds on our services because we provide a physical service and not a product.

The use of our services are for people that wish to use alternate means to file separation and/or divorce or any other legal document. Our services are used by people who wish to self-represent with assistance and guidance. 

Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions assists with document preparation and filings with the Provincial Court of British Columbia or Supreme Court of BC.

Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions cannot guarantee that a client's spouse will sign the documents and cannot provide a refund should they choose not co-operate.

If you prepay us for court filing fees and cancel prior to us paying those fees to the court, then Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions will provide a refund only for the exact amount of the court filing fees. There will be no refund for any other fees charged by Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions.

Should you obtain the services of Divorce 911 Services, and should Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions agree to assist you on your separation, and/or divorce and/or related services. Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions agrees to provide the services agreed, however, if your spouse or partner contests any part of your case or filings. Then you may require the assistance of legal counsel. Should this be the result, no refunds will be issued.

Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions does not and will not guarantee that your filed documents, and/or situation will be approved by the Provincial Court of British Columbia or Supreme Court of BC.

Rocking Horse Process Server Solutions cannot and will not guarantee any time line as too when the Provincial Court of British Columbia or Supreme Court of BC will finalize your documents as presented to them. We will not be held liable for any delays as to back log with the Provincial Court of British Columbia or Supreme Court of BC. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, OR AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY, WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, OR LOCAL LAWS, STATUTES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. 

Right to Refuse: You acknowledge that Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user access at any time.
